IABC Gold Quill Award for All Fired Up (1991): a photo essay about fire brigade training commissioned by ARCO for publication in its employee magazine the Spark.

City of Santa Barbara Award for Outstanding Public Service (1983): for photographing and designing brochures for the city Rec. Dept. and for organizing photography for the 1983 Special Olympics book while student at Brooks.
